Made enough friends through British Penpals and now want to cancel your membership?

All you need to do is send us an e-mail requesting cancellation. You will need to include your name, e-mail address and membership number.

All cancellation requests are confirmed within 48 hours, so if you haven't heard back from us, please e-mail us again. It doesn't happen often, but occasionally an e-mail can go astray, which can cause confusion and frustration.
